4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payments must be made in full at checkout via accepted payment methods.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

5. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices listed are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • VAT is applied at the current UK rate and displayed at checkout.

6. Best Price Guarantee

  • 6.1 Where Renair Antennae Ltd ("Renair", "we", "us") displays its "Best Price Guaranteed" promise, we will, subject to the remainder of this clause 6, consider matching or beating a lower price offered for an identical product by another supplier established and trading in the United Kingdom (a "Competing Price").
  • 6.2 To request a price match, you must contact us before placing your order and provide a written quotation, or a live and publicly accessible web link, evidencing the Competing Price. The Competing Price must be current at the time of your request and must relate to the same product (manufacturer, model, part number and specification), quantity, condition, availability and delivery terms, compared on a like-for-like basis inclusive of delivery charges and VAT.
  • 6.3 The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to: (a) trade, contract, framework or volume pricing agreed under a separate arrangement; (b) clearance, end-of-line, refurbished, ex-display or second-hand goods; (c) marketplace, auction or private-seller listings; (d) prices offered by suppliers established outside the United Kingdom; (e) time-limited, bundled, loyalty or member-only promotions; (f) products the competing supplier does not hold in stock or cannot supply within a comparable lead time; or (g) prices resulting from a typographical, pricing or other obvious error.
  • 6.4 We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to decline to match or beat any Competing Price, or to withdraw a price match offered before we have accepted your order, where: (a) we are unable to verify, to our reasonable satisfaction, the authenticity, accuracy or availability of the Competing Price, or the identity and bona fide trading status of the supplier offering it; (b) the Competing Price is, in our reasonable opinion, below the prevailing manufacturer or trade cost of the product, abnormally low, or otherwise not commercially sustainable for a legitimate business supplying that product in the ordinary course of trade; (c) we reasonably suspect that the Competing Price, or any evidence supplied in support of it, is fictitious, altered, misleading or obtained by misrepresentation; or (d) the request appears to us to be made for the purposes of resale, arbitrage or otherwise in bad faith.
  • 6.5 We may ask you to provide such further information or documentation as we reasonably require to verify a Competing Price. If this is not provided within a reasonable time, we may treat the request as withdrawn.
  • 6.6 Our decision on any price match request is final. We are not obliged to give reasons for declining a request, and nothing in this clause 6 obliges us to supply any product at a price below our cost.
  • 6.7 A price match applies only to the quotation against which it is confirmed. It cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already accepted or invoiced, does not set the price for any future order, and we may limit the quantity of any product supplied at a matched price.
  • 6.8 We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Best Price Guarantee at any time without notice. This will not affect any price match we have already confirmed to you in writing.
  • 6.9 Nothing in this clause 6 affects any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer UK and international shipping, with delivery timeframes dependent on location and courier service.
  • Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
  • If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns: Customers have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in original packaging. Custom or bespoke orders are non-returnable.
  • Refunds: Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Cancellations: Customer shall pay a restocking fee of 30% (thirty percent) on cancellation of an order or part of an order.

9. Warranty & Liability

  • Renair products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Warranty terms vary by product.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect losses, including business disruption or loss of profits.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including branding, product designs, and images, belongs to Renair Antennae Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, industrial actions, or supplier failures.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
