Renair is the sanctioned UK distribution partner for Scan Antenna. For UK integrators, that means the full Scan engineering catalogue is available alongside Renair's own range, from a single trade account and a single team of UK-based engineers.

Why the partnership exists

Scan Antenna has long been a respected name in professional antenna design, with particular strength in marine, public safety and GPS. Renair has spent four decades supplying the UK trade with a broad and deep antenna catalogue. The partnership is an honest fit: customers who specify Scan now get UK warehousing, UK support and UK account terms, without losing access to the Scan product line they have been buying for years.

What is changing, in practice

Single point of contact

One account manager, one quote, one purchase order. No need to maintain separate accounts with a European distributor alongside a UK trade account.

UK stock

Core Scan lines now sit in UK warehousing, not a European-only supply chain. That removes the variable lead times that come with cross-border shipping on fast-moving projects.

Shorter lead times

Typical delivery on commonly-specified models drops from weeks to days for stocked items. Urgent orders can often be despatched next working day.

Engineering support

Renair's engineering team is trained on the Scan range and can help with substitution, specification, and bespoke variants. You do not need to go back to Denmark for technical answers.

What is not changing

Scan products are still Scan products. Datasheets, performance characteristics and model numbers remain consistent. If you have a specified part number on a current project, you can continue to specify it, and we can quote and fulfil it.

Getting started

1. If you are already a Renair trade account holder, no action is needed. Scan products will appear in your normal quoting flow.
2. If you are a Scan customer new to Renair, you can open a trade account on renair.co.uk and we will migrate your historical spec and pricing where we can.
3. If you have a project in planning and want a side-by-side quote covering Renair and Scan options, send the brief to sales@renair.co.uk.

Looking ahead

We are in the middle of importing the Scan catalogue into the Renair website, product by product, so everything can be browsed in one place. In the meantime, the engineering team can pull Scan specifications on request within the same day. The goal is simple: make specifying and buying Scan through Renair as frictionless as specifying and buying any other Renair antenna.
