A Renair trade account gives you:
- Trade pricing visible on product pages, not retail pricing.
- Direct request-a-quote from each product page.
- Bulk quantity discounts applied automatically at a defined break.
- Order history, repeat-order shortcuts and stored shipping addresses.
A five-step walkthrough
Step 1: Sign in
Once your trade account has been approved, sign in at the top right of renair.co.uk. Trade pricing appears on product pages once you are logged in.
Step 2: Find the product
Use the category menus, the search box, or the filter controls to narrow by frequency band, application, or mounting type. Every product page lists the core specification (frequency, gain, VSWR, impedance, mount, IP rating, connector) above the fold.
Step 3: Request a datasheet
If you need to share the specification internally before ordering, use the Request a Datasheet button. A PDF lands in your inbox within a working day.
Step 4: Request a quote
For single items at specified quantities, add to quote directly from the product page. For multi-product builds (antenna, mount, cable, connectors), add each item to the quote and submit. We typically respond within one working day.
Step 5: Confirm and order
Once the quote is priced, confirm by reply. We handle warehousing, pick and pack, and dispatch from UK stock where available.
Tips worth knowing
- Use the Talk to an Engineer link on any product page if you want specification help before you quote.
- Stored shipping addresses make multi-site fleet orders faster.
- For recurring orders, ask your account manager about standing trade pricing.
- If you specify Scan Antenna products, the same trade flow now covers them too under the Renair UK distribution partnership.
